Wanda‘s previous experience with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) as operations associate for the coaching department gives her an insight into the needs of coaches and  executives at every level. She managed the day-to-day operations of the Coaching and Feedback Line of Business including the administrative components of the delivery process for the Greensboro campus.  She joined the Center for Creative Leadership in 2005 as a senior administrative coordinator working with the manager of APEX (the Awareness Program for Executive Excellence). Her work expanded to include support of the coaching department and CCL’s coaching staff of over 100.  She also coordinated programs for internal coaching programs and maintained coaching databases.

Wanda has 20 years of experience as a small business owner. Her background is in education and she has taught at the middle and high school levels. She has years of volunteer experience that includes board president to a local theatre company.  Winning the Governor’s award for volunteer service in Guilford County Schools is one of her proudest accomplishments.

Wanda earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a concentration in Education.

Sara Swanson

Sara's years of retail experience gives her an insight into the marketing and financial industries of the business world. She is currently co-manager of LOFT in Mission Viejo, CA.

Sara has over five years experience as a small-business owner and uses a hands-on approach to create efficiencies in her company's day-to-day operations. She oversees the budget, maintains the electronic filing system and works with accounting staff and attorneys to continue to drive the business forward.

She loves a challenge and uses her organizational skills and her professional background to help small businesses find solutions to their office needs.

Sara will complete her master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources in the spring of 2012 from Liberty University.
